By accessing or using FlipIt by Merchants Bazaar (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and posting listings.

You are solely responsible for the content of your listings, including images, descriptions, prices, and contact details. Listings must be for legal goods and must not be misleading.

Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, and anything that violates applicable laws.

FlipIt is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction, do not handle payments, and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any item.

All communication and payment arrangements happen directly between users. Always exercise caution and meet in safe, public locations.

You retain ownership of the content you post but grant FlipIt a non-exclusive license to display it on the Service for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merchants Bazaar shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or transactions with other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
